We believe that there are two levels of customer relations. The first relationship is during the execution of the project and the second and most important relationship is after handing over the apartment to the owner. We work hard to understand the financial requirements of the customer in the process of selling and hand over of the project. The second phase is where the customer takes over the apartment, we believe in providing a great customer experience at this stage. We are putting true efforts to ensure the delivery a HOME and not a HOUSE. We are creating processes that shall ensure the building of a community and not just four confined walls.
